  • In the instant pot
  • Mash up
  • Add 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • A splash of almond or coconut milk
  • A few blueberries
  • A dash of cinnamon or pumpkin spice
    • Viola, eat and be happy!
