This chick 🐥 

Well you know what’s right around the corner?  It’s brunch season ladies! Who doesn’t love a deliciousMimosa? This delicious little drink is a take on just that. I have taken the liberty to replace the orange juice with lemonade. Check out this fun recipe below.  It’s super easy and delicious. This is a great one to entertain with.


  • Frozen organic lemonade 
  • Almond milk or cream 
  • Champagne or virgin 
  • Lemon extract 
  • Coconut (garnish)
  • Lemon Peeps (garnish) 
  • Whip 

Directions and items needed 

Place a tablespoon of frozen lemonade into the blender 

Pour in 1/2 cup almond milk and splash of cream

A splash of lemon extract (optional)

1/2 flute per drink of champagne 


Serve with whip and garnishing that are all things spring and festive!
