Nuts about you …

I know as a low carber, is that a real word? Well in any case I need these in my pantry. Why you ask? When you are doing any sort of low carb eating , snacks are key. I find not only meal prep helps but having something to snack on is helpful. This recipe of mixed nuts is delicious! The formula is easy and takes no time at all. 


  • 1 cup Almonds 
  • I cup Pepitas or raw pumpkin seeds
  • I tablespoon Olive oil 
  • 1tsp Chipotle seasoning
  • Pinch of Salt 
  • Key ingredient sugar free maple syrup ( stevia is a good alternative I think) 

Mix all together 

Place in oven for 30 min at 350 

Take out let cool and munch away
