Low Carb Ciabatta 

Low Carb Ciabatta 

4 egg whites 

1 tsp baking soda 

1/2 cup coconut flour

1 pinch of salt 

2 teaspoons of Psyllium Husk
1 1/2 teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar 
1/2 cup water 


1. Mix all dry ingredient into a bowl.

2. Add the vinegar and egg whites at the same time.

3. Stir to form a square while adding the boiling water.

4. Form square of dough. I made 4 squares. 

5. Place dough squares on sprayed cookie sheet pan.

6. Sprinkle raw coconut flour on the top.

7. Baked 25-30 minutes at 320f.
