If you are anything like me you love fingerfood! Pair that with football and forget about watching what you eat! Well recently I decided to go back to my good old faithful low carb eating plan(after all those holiday cookies). This is always my go to when I am carrying around a food baby! Check out this yummy no guilt appetizer!
Recipe and directions
- Cut zucchini (fry size)
- Beat 2 eggs (for dipping before frying in coconut oil)
- A pinch of garlic salt and chili powder (for egg mix)
- Dip in Parmesan cheese
- Dip in crushed pork rines
- Fry lightly on each side
Enjoy with your favorite fry sauce!
