Black Rice Salad

Did you know that black rice had so many awesome health components? I sure did not. 
Look up Black Rice you will be so amazed! 

I’m  not a Dr. just a little squirrel gathering good finds. I found some really awesome health benefits! 

I have prepared a little recipe for you to enjoy with your family and or friends! This is fresh , quick and delicious! 


Recipe

  • 2 cups cooked black rice
  • 1/4 cup of cilantro
  • 1/4 chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup cherry red tomatoes 
  • 1tsp garlic salt
  • The key ingredient….drum roll  the fresh juice of 1 lime!
