PBJ shortbreads 

What a year it was! Want to start this year off right? These low sugar shortbreads are delicious. Your kids will never know they are on the healthy side. Who doesn’t love a cookies with a little peanut butter and jelly? 

Cookies 

2 1/2 cups of flour

1/4 cup confectioners sugar (that’s it, very small amount)

80z butter softened 

Bake at 350 for 12 min

Spread light amount of peanut butter and jelly! 

Enjoy!
